| We are a public charity 501 c-3 looking for a generous AM owner who wishes to donate an AM to help support a historical museum in your community. Daytime is fine. A really generous owner would either donate the tower site and town site or allow the 501 c-3 to rent at a reasonable rate. |

broadcaster searching for the right station to buy. I'm looking near
or in a semi-metro area. I'm interested in New Jersey, Pennsylvania,
Delaware in the east. I would also consider the West coast. I will
buy an AM with potential or a combo. The stations) do not have to
cash flow, but the price is determined by assets and cash billing.
This would be an owner-operator situation. I believe that AM can still
survive with proper management/sales and programming. Let me hear
